Application Options
The online application has been created in the universal Adobe Acrobat form.
You must have this free reader software in order to open and print the application.

Once the application appears on the screen (which may take a minute,
or two, depending on the speed of your modem) read the first page and
then go to the second page to type in your data. You will see as you move
your cursor over the blank areas left for your information if you tap
down you can begin typing your information in the allotted space.

After you type your information you can tab to the next space of
information and so on until you finish entering your information.
At the end you can select the button at the bottom of
the application and it prompt you to print the document.

Then you can sign and mail the completed application into
the director of the Miss Teen Ohio® International Competition.
